Terms

For customers outside Germany, in particular in the United States. Last updated October 16, 2026.

1. Who we are and who these terms are for

Auvance is run by Luis Grüner, Niederwaldplatz 6, 01277 Dresden, Germany. We work only for businesses, not for consumers. By ordering, you confirm that you order for your business.

2. Packages and prices

You order one of the packages shown on getauvance.com: Website ($290 per month), Visible ($590), Growth ($1,190) or Complete ($1,690). Each package includes everything in the one before. Prices are in US dollars, per month, without a setup fee. As a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act we do not charge VAT. Any taxes you owe in your own country are your matter.

3. Payment

You pay monthly in advance by card through Stripe. The first payment is due when you order, then every month on the same day.

4. Term and cancellation

There is no minimum term. You can cancel any time by email to kontakt@auvance.de. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you already paid for. Months already started are not refunded. We can cancel with 30 days' notice.

5. What we do

We build your website, host it, keep it running and make changes you ask for within reason (new photos, services, prices, opening hours, text). Larger new parts of the site we agree on with you first. In Visible, Growth and Complete we also do the work listed for that package. With Complete, the ad budget is paid by you directly to Google and is not part of our price.

6. Your domain and your content

If you already have a domain, it stays yours. If we register a new domain for you, it is registered for your business, and we transfer it to you when you cancel. You make sure that the information and photos you give us are correct and that you are allowed to use them. Until we have your own photos, we may use licensed sample photos.

7. When you cancel

Your website stays online until the end of the paid month. On request we send you the files of your website and help move the domain.

8. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months. We are not liable for lost profits or for outages of third-party services (for example Google, Cloudflare or your domain registrar).

9. Law

German law applies. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Place of jurisdiction is Dresden, Germany.
